We recognise that sometimes it’s a good idea to move on sooner than the courts will allow. Where a settlement is pending, either pre- or post-court order, we can potentially advance funding while the legal process takes its course.
As always, our loans are highly flexible – we only charge interest on the amount drawn and there are no penalties for early repayments.
