Strategic legal fee lending
We provide legal fee and living expenses lending to individuals in family law proceedings, including Financial Remedy, Children Act, enforcement, Part III, ToLATA and Schedule 1 proceedings.
It may be possible to unlock a proportion of your financial settlement early, pre or post judgement. This may be helpful in the litigation itself, or to allow you move forward with your life, e.g. buying or renting property or paying urgent bills.
Inheritance
release
It usually takes around 12 months for an inheritance to be distributed from an estate. During this time you may have pressing financial needs. Level may allow you to release up to 60% of your inheritance early.
Estate expense & IHT lending
Executors may be able to unlock a proportion of an estate early to pay Inheritance Tax and other testamentary expenses which could otherwise delay the distribution of the estate to the beneficiaries.
Private client and probate disputes
We provide legal fee and living expenses lending to individuals in a wide array of dispute resolution proceedings such as contentious probate (including 1975 Act claims), the dissolution of farming or other partnerships, shareholder disputes and other matters.
Law firm finance
We provide bespoke financing solutions to our partner solicitor firms – assisting with refinancing CFAs, cash flow management alongside other one-off situations.
