Unlock your inheritance early

The administration period of an estate and the subsequent release of your inheritance usually takes around 12 months. During this time, you may have pressing financial needs. Level may allow you to release up to 60% of your inheritance early, which can be used for whatever you require, such as:

Clearing tax liabilities or other debts
Putting down a deposit on a new property
Financing home improvements
Purchasing a new vehicle
Education, medical, veterinary costs
Paying for a holiday

This is provided in the form of a fixed sum consumer credit agreement.Level takes an assignment over the inheritance monies due to you from the estate, i.e. there is no charge over land or property.The estate must be administered to distribution by a recognised administrator.
