This is provided in the form of a fixed sum consumer credit agreement. Level takes an assignment over the inheritance monies due to you from the estate, i.e. there is no charge over land or property. We don't carry out credit checks, and there is no personal liability to you. The estate must be administered to distribution by a recognised administrator.
