Jim joined as part of Level’s acquisition of Tower Street Finance. Jim is a qualified Accountant, was one of the Founders of Tower Street and held the role of CFO.

Whilst at Tower Street, Jim oversaw the funding for the business, including 3 rounds of credit funding and was accountable for over £60m of lending. Leading from the front Jim ensured that all lending was completed in line with credit policy and FCA guidelines whilst also ensuring that Tower Street remained an ethical lender. At Level, Jim will take up the role of CFO and will be tasked with managing the company’s finances to secure sustainable growth for the company.
